Focussoft Tech is currently seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

 

- Accurately and efficiently input data into various databases and systems

- Organize and maintain data in a structured and accessible manner

- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors

- Utilize data management tools to cleanse, validate, and manipulate data

- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is gathered and entered in a timely manner

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy policies and regulations

- Other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

 

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Knowledge of data management tools and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
