About the Role

Lead our Association Management Division as General Manager with full P&L responsibility. This executive role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development to drive division profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for division growth and profitability
  • Build and lead high-performing teams with collaborative leadership approach
  • Manage division budget, financial operations, and accounting team oversight
  • Serve as liaison between client boards, accounting firms, and financial institutions
  • Drive business development through sales, marketing, and client relationship management
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations for clients and prospects
  • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and best practices across the division
  • Travel for client meetings, prospect visits, and 1-2 industry conferences annually

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business and/or non-profit management
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, non-profit governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven supervisory, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Position Details

Full-time position in a professional office environment with flexibility for remote work when appropriate. Evening and weekend work occasionally required. Travel for client meetings and industry events expected.
