Our central Texas area company is located in Old Town Leander just minutes north of Austin. We have experienced great success and growth in our seventeen years in business. Role:

The Association Manager is responsible for coordinating association activities such as board meetings, producing meeting agenda and minutes, monitoring adherence to budgets, general communications and web site content management, marketing support (both traditional and social media activities), as well as other day-to-day operations for the association. Position will also support and attend association events.

Position Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Project management certification or skills a plus.
  • Three years customer service experience.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that result in stable, consistent, reliable, and courteous communication when dealing with other organizations.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently in changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage expenses.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively to management, boards and committees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Association Management Software, and other tools needed to support association operations).
  • Effective time management, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel is a requirement.
